| Found in the east of the North Atlantic from Great Britain, Ireland, the North Sea to the Azores and the Mediterranean. It is rare in the Black Sea (Kobyakova, Dolgopolskaya, 1969). Recorded near Karadag (Lyakhov, 1940), in Varna Bay (Băcescu, 1949), in Sevastopol Bay (Dolgopolskaya, 1948), and in the Bosphorus region (Balkis et al, 2012). | ||||
