  Eusergestes similis (Hansen, 1903)  
Inhabits the northern part of the Pacific Ocean, from the Bering Sea to the bays of Alaska and Californian, in the western part of the arial - to the island of Honshu. Occurs from the surface up to 1200 m. In the North Pacific observe dense clusters between 50° and 40° N; 132° and 143° W; 157° and 174° W, where do the whales feed. At night, the shrimp concentrates at the surface, and the density of its accumulations reaches 100-4500 ind./m. (Slizkin, 2006)
